When my dogs fight should i break it up or let them figure out whos dominant?

When a food the other dog more aggressive work and eat from both dishes (no matter how far apart I fed them). So should I break up their fight or just leave them out of the calculation of dominat whos by itself?

My dogs jumping the fence and bark at the neighbors' dogs and their dogs do the same for outs and it guides him crazy! It 's too dangerous. My dogs are small / medium (34 pounds and 14 pounds) but the neighbors have enormous documentation of Goldern and disguardo actually a type of pitbull terrier. My dogs are a Whippet and a russell terrier mixed-type of take from 14 pounds. The shock collars are not an option for use on our dogs. Please help! thanks.

How come people say milk is bad for dogs?
