How do you feel about the poor dogs that have to live outside dogs?

Cringed always the place of dogs that are wandering freely outside, all day tied up with a house dog disgusting to cover or in a drainage ditch and into the night. If you own a dog and keep noon and night in the morning of the outside, why even have a dog! It is part of the family and I can 't imagine them being happy out there continuously. They need walked, socialize and be in good health and clean feel the smell. I live in a big city where many people maintain their dogs outside and it 's an inconvience they can not sleep well at night. They use these dogs while the anti-theft systems or selling drugs and want a certain type of alarm system, so they tie the dogs up in various point above their yards. Even with a large drainage ditch your dog is not getting what it needs in life. Why have a dog if you aren 't going to worry for them properly? Why not let them outside during the day and cash them at night? if you live in the country and have more than one acre and your dog is loose, this problem is not connected to you! What? is connected to the dogs who have no where to go!
